These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SmutCore, including app.smutcore.live, bio.smutcore.live, and any related SmutCore sites or apps (together, the "Service"). "SmutCore," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operators of the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

SmutCore is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher—to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you live. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we will terminate and report any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, impersonate another person, or maintain more than one account to evade a suspension or ban.

3. Content You Post

"User Content" means anything you upload, post, or send through the Service—photos, video, text, messages, and anything else. You keep ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant SmutCore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your posts to your subscribers or followers). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other users or kept as required by law or for safety/legal records.

You're solely responsible for your User Content and for having the rights to post it. You confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and consent to post it, including the consent of every identifiable person who appears in it
• It doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• It complies with Section 4 below

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Consent comes first on SmutCore. You may not post, sell, or promote content involving another identifiable person without that person's consent to be shown, distributed, and monetized in that way. Publicly available photos or social-media content are not consent to publish someone on SmutCore.

The following are never allowed, and will result in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), or content shared without the subject's consent
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, human trafficking, or coercion
• Impersonating another real person, or creating an account for a real person without their authorization
• Threats, harassment, doxxing, or stalking of other users or third parties

Also prohibited: uploading malicious software; spamming or unsolicited advertising; scraping or harvesting other users' data; attempting to bypass age or payment gates; and using bots or automated scripts to create accounts or manipulate engagement.

We may review, remove, or restrict any User Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted.

5. Creators, Subscriptions & Payments

The Service may let creators offer subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and similar paid features. Pricing, fees, and payout terms are shown to creators in-product and may change as our monetization tools develop. We don't guarantee specific payout amounts or timelines. Purchases are generally final; if something went wrong with a transaction, contact [email protected] and we'll look into it.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on SmutCore infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Your signature (physical or electronic) and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification and location (URL) of the material you claim is infringing
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We'll review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertising

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or display ads. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, sites, or services. Use them at your own risk, and review their own terms and privacy policies—ours don't apply to them.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we're required to do so by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 6, 9, and 10) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmutCore and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
